Born Ready Workshop

Upcoming dates

Saturday 25th October 2025 | 2pm

Resurgence Physiotherapy is proud to partner with Born Ready to bring you an evidence based birth preparation program.

Through this program it combines online learning with a practical, hands-on workshop. Together, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to empower you for the delivery of your baby.

Born Ready provides the online education, breaking down the science of birth into simple, easy to understand modules. You’ll explore your options, understand the evidence, and feel empowered to make informed decisions.

At Resurgence Physiotherapy, we deliver the face to face workshop, giving you and your birth partner the chance to practise skills in real time.

This workshop is designed to complement the online content, giving you the chance to feel and practise different birth positions, ask questions, and build confidence before the big day.

Enrolment is via the Born Ready website for the online component, with Resurgence Physiotherapy as your face-to-face presenter.
