Clinical Pilates offers a holistic approach to improving your physical well-being, whether you're recovering from injury or enhancing your fitness. Our semi-private group Matwork Pilates classes (maximum of 6 participants), led by a physiotherapist, focuses on core strength, flexibility, and alignment to improve posture, balance, and overall body mechanics.

Pilates complements physiotherapy by promoting long-term strength, stability, and injury prevention through low-impact, controlled movements. It enhances muscle tone, range of motion, and coordination while reducing the risk of future injuries.
